Who we are
Systematic Edge Digital is a trading name of Tocyn Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17141975. You can contact us at jez@systematic-edge.co.uk.
Information you send us
If you use our enquiry form, the details you enter open in your own email application. Nothing is submitted to a website database automatically. If you choose to send the email, we receive the information through our email service and use it to respond to your enquiry, prepare a mock-up or quote, and keep a record of the conversation.
Our lawful basis
We use enquiry information because it is necessary to respond before entering into a contract and because we have a legitimate interest in answering genuine business enquiries. We do not sell your information or use enquiry details for unrelated advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as it is reasonably useful for the enquiry, any resulting client relationship, and our legal or accounting obligations.
Website preferences and external services
The site stores a theme preference in your browser using local storage. This is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. We also load the Sora typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser may connect to Google when loading a page.
Your rights
UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object in some circumstances. Email us to make a request. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
